ISO 9001:2015

ISO 14001:2015

Environmental Management System. Reducing environmental impact and compliance with sustainable production practices is one of the standards considered in the supply process.

ISO 50001:2018

Energy Management System. We observe the commitment to increasing energy efficiency and systematically reducing energy consumption throughout the supply process.

An international licensing system governing powder and liquid coating quality for aluminum surfaces. It is a guarantee of coating quality.

QUALANOD

A quality assurance license for aluminum anodizing processes. Anodic coating thickness and durability are tracked in accordance with international standards within the supply process.

RoHS

Material compliance declarations and related documentation are tracked on a manufacturer and product basis within the supply process, according to customer, industry and target market requirements.

REACH

Compliance with the EU chemical substances regulation. It is tracked within the supply process that the materials used are safe for human health and the environment.

Zero Waste Certificate

A national certification documenting the commitment to waste minimization in production processes and the understanding of environmental responsibility.

TS EN 755-1

Standard for technical delivery conditions for extruded rod, tube and profile products in aluminum and aluminum alloys.

TS EN 12020-1

Technical delivery conditions for extruded profiles in aluminum alloys with tight tolerances. Used in architectural and structural applications.

CE Certifications

Control of product conformity documents on a manufacturer and product basis, according to project and target market requirements, is coordinated within the supply process.

UKCA

United Kingdom Conformity Assessed. A certification documenting product conformity for the UK market following Brexit.

TS 4922

Turkish standard for aluminum and aluminum alloy profiles. We track product quality in the supply process for domestic construction and industrial applications.

IATF 16949

Quality management system standard for the automotive industry. We coordinate quality assurance in the supply process for parts and profiles supplied to vehicle manufacturers.

RAU Metals coordinates the tracking of measurement, analysis and quality control processes carried out at manufacturer laboratories or independent testing organizations, according to project and customer requirements.

Optical Emission Spectrometer (OES)

Enables precise analysis of the chemical composition of aluminum alloys within seconds.

Metallurgical Microscope and Microstructure Analysis Software

Coordinates the examination of material microstructure to detect grain size, phase distribution and internal defects.

Sample Preparation Equipment

Provides metallographic sample preparation through grinding, polishing and etching units.

Tensile-Compression Test Machine (Universal Tensile Tester)

Coordinates the measurement of profiles' tensile strength, yield strength and elongation values in accordance with standards.

Hardness Testing Equipment
