The steel dies that form the foundation of every extrusion profile are manufactured with micron-level precision on high-precision CNC machines. The die manufacturing process, tailored to project requirements, is coordinated with experienced production partners to ensure dimensional accuracy, manufacturability and long die life even for complex cross-sections.
Thermally treated aluminum billets are pressed through custom dies on high-tonnage extrusion presses to form the desired profile geometry. We work with the most suitable production partner based on the required alloy, press capacity and profile characteristics, tracking every stage of production with a quality-focused approach.
Aluminum profiles are coated with a protective oxide layer through an electrochemical anodizing process, providing high resistance to corrosion. With color options such as natural, bronze, gold and black, long-lasting, aesthetic and durable surfaces are achieved for architectural and industrial applications.
* Colors shown in the image are for reference only. Anodizing shades may vary depending on alloy type, profile geometry, surface quality, coating thickness and lighting conditions.
Aluminum profiles are coated on fully automated electrostatic powder coating lines with a wide range of RAL color options. In addition to paint applications compliant with Qualicoat Class 1 standards, custom wood-grain surface alternatives are also offered for project requirements.
Machining needs such as cutting, drilling, milling, punching and similar operations are planned according to the technical specifications of the project. Through a process coordinated with suitable production partners, assembly-ready and project-specific solutions are delivered to reliable manufacturing standards.
Once production is complete, proper packaging and on-time delivery of products are an integral part of the supply process. RAU Metals manages the entire logistics process — including packaging standards, loading plans, export documentation and delivery organization — in coordination with production and logistics partners.
Every shipment is planned according to project requirements, and the delivery process is carefully tracked from loading to final delivery.
